Queenie’s influence extends beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, as she serves as Vice President of the West Ham Women’s Team alongside Karen Brady and as a Non-Executive Director of Essex County Cricket Club. One of her career highlights is securing a landmark multi-million-pound partnership with Manchester United Football Club.
E2 Ventures
In 2024, Queenie co-founded the functional beverage brand Water Junkie and secured a global license to develop a sports drink under the Slazenger name. Later that year, she launched E2 Group Ventures, bringing her growing brand portfolio under one roof. Quickly reaching a £26M valuation.
Business Leader Of The Year
Queenie is a regular public speaker and podcast guest and was honoured with the Mandela Awards Commission’s ‘Business Leader of the Year’ in 2023. She was also featured in a recent Forbes article titled “The Businesswoman Energising the Sports Industry.”
WOW Hydrate
Queenie was headhunted from the East of England Co-Op to lead Wow Hydrate as Managing Director, where she drove 100% year-on-year growth over five years. Under her leadership, the brand landed major retail contracts including Tesco, Morrisons, and Shell, and secured a landmark partnership as Manchester United’s Official Sports Hydration Partner. She exited in 2024 at a £60M valuation to pursue her entrepreneurial vision and build a brand portfolio.
